Once the first report is published, the system shall continue to evolve with the following mid-term objectives:

• to arrive at a robust and updated account of the State of the City of Monterrey that serves the Metropolitan Area Community as an independent and reliable instrument for diagnose, planning, independent organization and reference
  
  
• to engage most major natural agents (NGOs, Bussiness Organizations, Public Offices, Universities, R&D Centers, Professional Associactions, Media, etc.) in acting as caretakers of specific capital sections, updating them with validated and auditable information
  
  
• eventually, to arrive at a dynamic webpage where all citizens can contribute new information or challenge existing one through a wikie-like collective knowledge construction system.

Eventually, the Capital System of Monterrey should become an independent and reliable mirror of Monterrey City reality.
